• Send malicious data, spam, or excessive traffic loads (DDoS) to our MQTT servers.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or devices without permission.

3. Service Limitations (Fair Usage)

To maintain server stability for all users, we apply rate limiting on MQTT message delivery. Excessive usage may result in temporary account suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and source code of the Devspace platform are purely owned by Devspace or its licensors, protected by copyright laws.

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will always be error-free or without interruption (100% uptime). We are not responsible for data loss due to hardware failure or network issues.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
